Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MyECP for Patients on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Serious bugs in this app! First, when you try to load your picture in, it doesn't load. Second, BE CAREFUL WHEN PAYING THROUGH THE APP!! When asked, it will tell you your outstanding balance. When you load in your credit card and pay your outstanding balance, it will tell you that you still owe the outstanding balance. So you pay it again, and again the app says you still owe the outstanding balance..but you don't. Seems the app doesn't update for 24 hours, so I just paid twice!

I couldn't get the app set up I got my birthday and my zip code put in then it was asking for my ss# and I didn't see any place for it and it wouldn't let me do anything 😒

MyECP provides ExactCare Pharmacy patients access to medication and account information, including self-service features to help remember to take your medications on time, manage your account and contact your pharmacy team.
