First day using this app and its limitations are obvious. Set up to get control of the fire was nothing less than difficult and only a knowledge of routers and a call to the help desk got it going. After that the app keeps stopping, doesn't work in portrait mode and when registering the warranty rests the form if you come out to look up, say, a phone number. All in all pretty terrible

Will not connect to my fire says it can not find it not very impressed with this app at all considering they supposedly fixed the issue with Samsung phones
