Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing TelaConsult on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

TelaConsult is a Direct Primary Care Telemedicine Service providing help with your non-emergent medical conditions.

We help you make decisions about your health by either guiding you to the correct level of care or by helping manage your health with recommendations which might include sending a prescription to your pharmacy.

We offer one time visits or membership packages, but we do not accept insurance. We do not treat chronic medical issues, nor do not offer laboratory or diagnostic testing. We do not write prescriptions for controlled substances.

We are available weekends and all hours of the day for patients who need to talk with a doctor on their own time. We currently only practice in Texas.
