Bad connectivity and use, but good staff. Log-in is next to impossible; won't let me type my password so I am forced to type in a different app, copy, and paste to log in. Same with other manual input options; won't show the keyboard after the first box. More copy&paste. Call connectivity is fristrating. Staff tried to connect me to a doctor but something went wrong(?) and call rerouted back to staff member. Call never connected to staff member. Staff was helpful, professional, and friendly.

This app is freaking terrible! You have no idea if the Telamed appointment is going to start until the last Second some times there questions to answer some times there's not some times people call you just to make sure you are logged in some times they don't they app is sooo leggy I see 4 other Doctors regularly through telamed this is the only one with issues! I'm just super luck I see a amazing Doc at concentra she truly cares about getting me the help I need to get better...

The triage stafg is super friendly and helpful, but what is the point when you cant ever connect to the actual providet? Plagued with connection issues.. Hey guys, its my job on the line, not yours. Help me out a bit? Its bad enough my health got me sent to you, but now i cant go back without your say-so? Thats not right.

Worst ever!! Anyone there???? An hour wait and no one says or does anything. No ppl ... Concentra as much as you make and you couldn't even develop a decent app. I got injuries making it very hard to get up and walk . So I follow rules then nothing!!!!! BS app

Terrible app black screens can't stay connected

Terrible app, laggy, poorly set up, horrid login process, pure luck to actually be connected to a medical professional. Needed to use it for a workplace injury consultation. After 20 minutes sitting at "waiting for telemed to connect to the call." I was disconnected, and got the pop up "your appointment has finished, please rate our service." If I could give a 0 star rating, I would.

Use Concentra Telemed™ to get medical care and physical therapy right where you are, right when you need it. Talk to an expert work health clinician or physical therapist using your smartphone or tablet for a video visit.

How to Use Concentra Telemed

Before you start, make sure you have Wi-Fi or a strong signal. You'll also need a picture ID.

• Using your email address, sign up for a Concentra Telemed account. If you already have a Concentra Telemed account, select “Sign In.”
• Once you’ve signed in, click “Request Visit” to be connected with a care coordinator.
• The care coordinator will check you in and ask some questions about your injury or illness.
• When they're done checking you in, you'll be connected with a clinician for treatment.

This app is intended for employees with authorization from their employer to evaluate and receive treatment for a work injury via remote provider, as available in areas where permitted.

If you use Apple Health, you can choose to share your health information with the provider during your virtual video visit, such as heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, blood glucose levels, weight, nutritional information, and respiratory rate.
