Requires registration and asks for a WiFi password (not the device, the app). I would have never bought the device if I new it requires uploading sensitive information to the Internet.

Great when it works, but the Alexa connection is constantly dropping out. Also the sockets show as switches.

Total rubbish. Unreliable app. Regularly get Invalid Operation. Adjusts the timer of the device to the location timezone where I use the app. Exactly what I do not want. Timezone should be where the device is installed. 1 of two devices already died after 6 months. Not recommended.

Decent app and hardware in general.. the only big problem is that it is not compatible with google assistant . This means you have to have like 10 apps to control different things in your smart home... not so nice. But the pricing and quality of the hardware is good. Pretty please make it compatible with Google Assistant!

It was working perfectly it the past and gave it 5 stars. Now I changed my phone and updated the software. Now it crashes!! I sent a feedback mail and in a short time they answered me with a simple solution. Before uninstalling it, clear it's cache. It works excellently. Great product!

had 2 of these for over 2 years but they are no longer switching on and off on timer reliably. Sometimes they don't switch on and other times don't switch off. Got latest update too. will be looking for different devices if it continues
