This is clearly for Doctors to do more research and share their rare case studies and is not even mildly helpful or informative for the general public. For those of us seeking to do research on procedures we may want one day we will find no answers or useful information here nor will we find a way to connect with the best quality doctors to help aid us in our quest for aesthetic perfection.
