EVaastu Partners app is a technologically enabled platform where Architects, Interior Designers and Vaastu Experts can join to be listed on EVaastu App.

Vaastu is the traditional Indian system of Architecture, that gives us guidelines for better design of our living or work space. Basic fundamental of Vaastu Shastra is the concept of five elements - Air, Water, Fire, Earth & Sky, the benefits of which are achieved by abiding to the Vaastu principles to live a more healthy and happy life.
Most of the Indian clients specifically look for a property that’s favorable as per Vaastu. To know the Vaastu compliance, they have to check with Vaastu Consultants until they find the best solution – a process that often delays any transaction. Considerable length of time can be cut when you as a property agent can suggest the best Vaastu compliant property.

This application makes good use of present day technology with ancient Vaastu concept enabling you to apply it for your day to day transactions.Here are the ways you can use it to your benefit:
- Check the Vaastu rating of shortlisted properties that may be a residential flat/ bungalow or a commercial office/ retail space. All you need to do is upload an image of the basic layout of the property and follow the steps on ‘Rate your property’ tool. A 10-point rating will help you list the properties from best to worse.
- If at all your Client wants to go with a cost- effective option, that may not be favorable as per Vaastu, you can get them connected to Evaastu experts in their city, to help them through the stages of correcting Vaastu Dosh to designing of favorable interiors as well.
- Use the ‘Property buy suggestion’ tool to know the carpet area suitable as per the functional requirements of your Client and also the recommended directions for various rooms and spaces.
- It has an active compass that shows you Favorable/Unfavorable directions for any place such as main entrance of a house or accounts section of an office. Hence you need not remember favorable directions for any space.
- You can also suggest an auspicious Muhurat for your Client’s planned events such as house warming or foundation laying.
