A truly terrible app. Multiple requests for log in, even when you're logged in. Screen time out, slow, buggy. I question my many years as Diamond when I use this app .. Should be redeemed from bottom up.

All account features just open a web view and require a fresh login with email 2fa, and then it immediately forgets you as soon as you close and reopen. So many logins, so many successful login attempts emails from Eva. Just use the website, it's less frustrating.

everything seems fine at the time, haven't flown yet. Had to cancel one of our flight tickets due to health issues and not to happy on the amount I was charged to cancel a ticket
