Confusing choices between which of the Eurostar and rail planner apps to use. It seems difficult to make a seat reservation as well. Changing a seat reservation had to be done on a browser. I think if Eurostar set expectations lower people would be happier with the app but as it is expectations are high and the results are difficult.

It updated and now I can't view my booking. There is no live chat feature with a real person. It's really hard to get a response for any issues. I thought I could really on the app too cute my booking so I deleted my confirmation email, but now I know it's not a reliable source and an having trickle retrieving my reservation.

Has never worked. I cannot see any if my bookings. It is hard to navigate. As nothing ever works, I'm told to contact the Eurostar Contact Centre but nowhere in the app is there a contact us link. I lost all my rewards when I had to transfer to the new app. And my new bookings never appear on the app so I am losing put on points. Utterly useless. O star would have been more appropriate.

The new app is terrible. No as user friendly as the previous one but more importantly I have yet to manage to view booking options available. Every time I search for a train option it crashes.... Really poor (I would rated zero but can't....)

The app is total garbage, it rejected the purchase after doing the verification through my bank, then refreshed and changed the destination, I had to put the dates back in not realising that the destinations had changed, I then purchased the tickets only to realise they were the wrong destinations and ofc theyre non refundable as eurostar conveniently doesn't allow you to change destinations. Nice racket they got going there. Avoid this app like the plague.Just buy on the website. so pissed off

Extremely disappointed with the Eurostar app. I've tried resetting my password multiple times, and I'm not receiving any reset email, even though I've been using the same email for the past 10 years. This issue is preventing me from using my hard-earned club card points. I expected better from Eurostar.
