Doesn't know your location. You can't override and put your actual location. Drivers complain they can't find you. You can't tell the driver where you actually are. Can't always add your destination if it's a different distention from pervious destinations. Doesn't update drivers time off arrival. Original estimated time of arrival very different from actual time of arrival. Always later. Overall very poor.
