Apalling app. wouldn't let me set my own house as the pickup so had to choose next door. then when i set the destination it couldn't get the fare so wouldn't let me book the taxi. went back to the old app and it just worked!! Is this new app supposed to be better?? I'd think making sure a taxi booking app could actually book taxis would be the first thing to test!

I'd rated this app 0 if I could simply because it doesn't work at all. After filling in appropriate details, you are supposed to get verification code to your phone - nope. Used different number and same problem. Better off to just calling them, which is annoying when you have disabilities such as hearing.
