About this app

The application was realized as part of the project "Step towards accessible Belgrade" implemented by
the "Center for the Promotion of Society" in cooperation with ProSmart, and it is supported by city
secretariats, Telenor Foundation and other donors. The project "Step towards accessible Belgrade"
represents the first, but a great step towards a better and easier life for all persons with disabilities and
persons with special needs.
Android app "BGD4ALL" is part of the information system "AB" (Accessible Belgrade). The application
provides an overview of public areas, facilities and services that exist at the community level, in
accordance with the individual needs of the user. Accessibility information includes a description of

accessible infrastructure, accessibility evaluation, as well as specific advice related to each building and
public space, which is located within the system. In addition to accessibility information, users are also
provided with information about working hours, basic information about the facility, links to social
networks, pictures, 3d and video presentations (if available), correspondence form, location path,
preferred nearby locations, advanced search etc...

The complete system is interactive and provides users with the opportunity to participate in the
construction of a more accessible city. After registration, users gain the right to comment and
participate in location assessment, as well as to independently enter accessible areas and facilities into
the system and contribute the development of information on accessible public spaces and facilities, for
the benefit of all fellow citizens. The registered user can be a person, legal entity, institution of state or
public administration or local self-government. Foreigners cannot be registered users, but they can use
the app or "dostupnibeograd.rs" as a help service to navigate around Belgrade.

The service is public and completely free for all users.
