Latest update lost my password and all memory of the device. It's unable to find my lost G30 since it wants the device powered on to identify it, and it's stuck somewhere. Worse it reports the app is running in the background. Poor pre release testing

Terrible since the update - it went from a seamlessly working robovac to a glitchy app where the hoover itself seems to make constant errors. infuriating. i would have never bought it if I knew it would end up functioning like this.

The app allows control of the robot cleaners functions giving an impressive range of functionality. However, the interface is clunky and not paticularly intuitive. It is ver easy when moving between screens to lose configuration settings without sav9ng them. I have also found that sometimes when cleaning several rooms on intense 2 way cleaning it will somehow fail to make the second cleaning pass in one room. While the completeness of coverage is generally very good, some gaps seem to be left.

Needs a few things to get 4 or 5 stars. Restart a scheduled clean. Manually start a scheduled routine early or push back by one hour, etc. Consistancy in performance as sometimes it will do the edge mopping, sometimes it won't.

since the last firmware update, the x10 no longer prepares the mops for mopping when there a vaccum-only activiy done before. the result is mopping with dry mops. Please fix
