Terrible. Worked once. Updated phone and will not display anything on phone even though bluetooth is connected. Would highly recommend not purchasing this probe. But if you are reading this, then you have probably already wasted your money and purchased one 😥

Pretty good when it works, but getting it to work is tough. They don't want you to connect it to BT and then open the software; that definitely won't work. They want you to make the connection within the software, but that is intermittent. My phone's Bluetooth settings can see the device, but the app cannot. I tried restarting, deleting cache, turning BT off and on, etc. Once it connects, the software is OK, not great.

This app used to work fine. Now it wants my location, access to my photos and files among other things. It needs access to bluetooth only, not the rest, so it can connect to the expensive thermometer that I paid for. What garbage are you trying to pull over on us? No thanks. Never again will I buy anything from this company.

Software doesn't do anything. The device does link up via bluetooth, but the software doesn't see it and tapping on 'Pair New Device' option on the screen doesn't do anything. I'm returning the device itself to the store and uninstalling this software. Just another piece of junk from China.

App is completely worthless. Was bought for me for Christmas. I downloaded the app to see a message about how it's for "an older version of Android and may not work" and it was completely broken and has been ever since. I don't expect to see an update for this app, they got their money already so I doubt that'll happen anytime soon. Doubt it worked very well to begin with. Update: 2/24/20 still no app update available. ***DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT***

Works okay as a thermometer, but not worth the cost. The Bluetooth capability that was once feeble now seems to be nonexistent. The software wants access to your location, microphone, camera and memory. Buy from this company at your own risk.
