It works very well when I eventually got Ukoke v1.1.7 connected in Android. But when I move from the test wifi network (e.g., wifiName1) to the deploy network elsewhere (e.g., wifiName2), it stops working: I left the successful AC icon installed at Ukoke App homepage and retry same steps at wifiName2. AC blinking wifi green light eventually goes solid green BUT the AC icon on the app for wifiName1 disappears on its own and a new icon for wifiName2 was not created, so now my app homepage is blank even though the AC wifi light is solid green under wifiName2 network. Retried numerous times, same result --- AC icon won't appear again even when AC unit wifi green light is solid. I rebooted both AC and Android Phone, same problem. In short, when you get it connected, it works excellently. But failed to repeat its magic in a new network because zero AC icon on app's homepage. I suspect identical AC MAC address under another wifi network name confused either the Ukoke App or Ukoke's database of customer devices. A bug no doubt. Need to fix asap or AC is useless since I bought it for its wifi function. And where can I download older versions of the App? Note: App's About menu shows app as v1.1.7 but Google Play store says it as 1.7, another "bug". Where can i download older versions for Android? Update from 2 to 4 stars: Through my own troubleshooting, I got AC wifi to work with different network ID now. Tips: upon network change, do not just relogin or refresh the app's homepage, must completely exit the app and get back it for app to pick up the network change. I did not need to power cycle either the Android phone nor the AC unit. If you tried multiple times, you may have the AC icon appears multiple times on the homepage, just delete the extra icons thru each icon's Settings.

App was working okay until yesterday. Now a nightmare. Won't connect. States device is not connected. Cannot remove the device from the app to reinstall. I have tried everything. Now I signed off the app and it won't let me back on even when I try to create a new user name and password. Must give a cell phone number and cannot clear out the old account if reinstalling app. Can't create a new user name with the number already used. Useless now for wifi.

What happened ????this app was working just fine before this last update , now I cant log into my account to adjust the temp gauge on my ukoke AC , this is useless now... Update : can't use this app do to the fact that now it only tells me my device is offline . It's connected to my home wifi , so the issue must be with this useless app. These ukoke developers don't seem to care about any of us , they only care about our money. Will no longer purchase anything with the ukoke name on it .

App is ok. It had issues connecting using my android phone but when tried with ios app, it connected to wifi just in a couple of tries. The timer function is very confusing. What's the on off button for? What if I just want to set the off timer and not on?

By the way people if you trying to connect to WiFi in Android switch WiFi to 2G. App will not link to AC with 5G. Good app easy to use
