Great app. However, 'Multi-city' option is not well functioning after last update. It consistently pops up 'update the app to use this service' While I'm using the latest one Please fix this issue. Even this time confirmed reservation under 'My Trip' option are no longer active. They simply pop up last name error message. Please fix this. With each update the app is getting a bit worse.

Most of the application features doesn't work. Example seat reservation doesn't work. Even if it did the actual seat number they give you at the airline is not what you reserved for. Please try to be perfect. Generally your application is poor.

I can't even install this app. If I were able, I would rate it with a zero (0) star. Update: I have since installed this app. Will soon use it to purchase tickets and update rating based off that experience.

The app shows "error" or "not OK" at almost every action. I made a check in and it is unable to print or send the boarding pass by mail (shows another error).

Very bad customer service, I have been trying for about 4 weeks now to reach their customer service representatives no one response nor via phone neither via email... useless.
