Working with annonying distributors without own drivers will always results in complaints. Just a petty amount of commission which drivers are least intrested. Customer service admin replied positively but seems he can't do much. I will un install the app as soon cash in my wallet gets consumed. Pathetic service and non professionalism.Better alternates are available in the market.

One of the worst App ever, they're nothing but fraud.They cancelled my order without notifying me after 4 days of waiting.In fact I didn't had extra Gas, was managing food from Outside resturants. I begged them to make it faster but still they were rude in response. So far no refund received. I am thinking to lodge complaint with authorities. Anyone interested plz come forward.

One order is taking ages to get! It's becoming a project! Useless calls back and forth! Good application for booking! But the process after booking is pretty bad!

Worst customer service. Never delivers on time (sometimes by a delay of a couple of days!) and even charges extra for a mistake which is completely theirs.
