How it works?
---------------------
1. By default, it will retrieve your current wallpaper. You can select any image from Gallery or take snap from your Camera.

2. Click on "Download" button (Shown at Left bottom of the main screen) to save your wallpaper/image to your local storage (SDCARD).

3. Set the seek position at top of the screen to blur your wallpaper/image. Control seek position based on your need.

4. Click on "Apply" button (Shown at Right bottom of the main screen) to set wallpaper.
