Final: Thank you for responding.. After a few days of crashing at login the app resumed normal functionality. Secondary: Still crashing. Initial: Had worked fine for months. Two residents with two different devices and logins. Then all of the sudden today, able to login, but as soon as the home screen appears, the app crashes/closes. Same for both logins. Uninstalled/reinstalled and the issue persists.

App misses basic features.. 1) Push notifications for new messages on bulletin board, news etc. 2) Remember username/password for next login or use fingerprint Please include these features and it will be a 5 star app. Otherwise there's no point of installing this app.

they should have stayed with the previous app. does not work. tried for days to pay rent just to go noplace at submit button. hit contact us and get a page not found error. then no choice had to get a bank check and pay $10. to get it. the rental office said they are having problems too. then they are charging me a late fee because i came in the morning of the 4th with the check. because the site does not work after 3 days . whats wrong with this picture? if anything they should refund $10 fee
