After an upgrade now I can't download any of the recording. Even after re-installing the app again. The system is getting from bad to worst. The detection comes only after the people are away from the camera. Customer service support is also equally very bad.

Was working fine before this. Suddenly since yesterday, there were no notifications. And now the server appears to be down as I cannot view the live feed or files through the app. Logged out and now I cannot log back in. Fix this issue! Edit: 17th May 2021, 1540hrs. I can log in again, view images and live camera feed. Notifications are back to normal.

Saw app updated on 08 May. Download the videos again but still can't playback the downloaded videos since April . Device and app not stable. Sometimes can't capture visitors video. What's the update also not stated from developers.

Is there any reason why the app simply dun work on Levona K12 pro? Had trouble download and now the app just keep stopping. It is like returning i cannot access to the visitation away from home. This is really not acceptable!
