Bought 2 security light and motion camera but UI is terrible and event recording doesn't work properly at all. Doesn't record any events during the day but a few random ones, yet once it's dark security light constantly coming on and camera recording events all through the night when nothing is there. Useless, diabolical, can't be any worse or more of a waste of money and will be claiming monet back. If I could give negative 5 stars (or 5 poops) I would.

Absolute rubbish. AVOID Wish I'd read other peoples experiences before buying this. Everyhing I've read on here seems to be the same issues I have. Connects for 20 seconds then spends the rest of the time on a black scren trying to reconnect but never does. Chime rings loudly over and over when it disconnects. Checked the connectivity speed of the wifi card in my camera, can only connect to a router at 0.97 Mbps when it's 2-feet away. Couple this with all manner of buggy software issues makes for a terrible user exprience. Perfect example of what happens when you have a good idea but cut corners and costs to get it to market. CS tried to tell me that the problem was my ISP upload speed wasn't fast enough for their video relay. Worked dine with Clever Dog, Ring and Euly products in 1080p from much further away. Just save your money and your sanity - buy somethign else somewhere alse.

Lots of unfair reviews here - lots of the problems Ive read can be resolved in settings or correct set up but I will grant the UI is not really intuitive. The Camera Event Viewer screenshots events but there is no highlight on the playback to show you areas that may be of interest (leads to wasted time trawling footage). Also, even on low sensitivity the camera is triggering, ideally painting out areas of low interest would help to avoid false notifications from car headlights etc. Does the job.

Have 6 smart bulbs.. Changed Internet provider so new router, separated bands so selecting 2.4ghz and the app is not finding the bulbs, eyes hurting from the blinking lights I have tried so many times and yes I have even tried deleting them from from my setup and doing it all from scratch but they don't show on auto scan or adding manually... Not happy.. Even before they would often reset themselves at least once a week to the bright white light.. Waste of money

Poor UI, no software documentation. Will save video files to phone or tablet but file size is limited to 2GB (about 6.5 hours). I can't get the automation to work as there seems no way of adding a device to a smart scene.

Works OK but poor playback features compared to other apps. No ability to review footage from IP cam continuously from (for example) the night before. Slider scale is hopeless made worse by grey on black contrast. You would have to view time line on a 55inch TV to select clips accurately. Presumably easy to fix!
