App is a joke... Live chat customer support they say...app keeps telling me it can't locate my service address to even complete the set up for the app. On top of that the company got me to switch service to them promising a $70 Sam's club gift card for signing up in January. Avoid this app and Just Energy at all cost they are garbage.

App doesn't work on my Phone (Galaxy A8). It opens, then tries to Geolocate my physical address, which it can't do so due to some problem with using the google maps locator or something. I understand they want the physical address for weather information... which is a feature of the app that I don't really need.

Doesn't work. App opens, tries to geolocate my address to send me weather updates(!) , then freezes the app because it doesn't play well with Google maps. I have about a million other weather apps if I want to know the weather. What I would like is to be able to check my energy bill.

Fail. Same as most, geolocate broken. Trying to set up auto payments on line which requires the app? On the upside, I've never had to a 1 star review before so.. That's a win?
