It's a huge bug with a little bit of app. As an developer I can assure you that this is one of the worst app I ever used - and it's a critical one since it has to a lot to do with account and data management, online transactions and most of all car-blocking. I wouldn't suggest this app to no one, not even to my enemy - if you have any chance avoid traveling through Italy by electric car if you depend on Enel chargers.

Needs complete revision. We need to know if there's a network failure and that all the chargers in Bari/Brindisi area are not functioning. After finding the fifth charger "under maintenance" I phoned for assistance and was told that they are all affected! Why couldn't the app have warned me (and countless others no doubt). Enel, get your act together!

overall the app is good. back in the days was less laggy though. Would be nice being able to customize the picture of our cars as well as more detailed charging curve and aside from Kw charged Amps would be nice as data init? Above all please keep make the app more stable with no crash

"Your session has expired" will be your nightmare. The stats are not working (at least not on allego/shell networks. The charging session disappears and you fight to unlock the cable. Moreover, the customer service sucks big time: you will wait weeks to have a reply on a simple question, like "where is the charging pass I ordered?". There's plenty of better apps out there to charge your car

Fingerprint login now works, but still google single sign on doesn't use my already logged device account but opens a one-time web page and i always have to reenter my Google password. Adding PayPal has been a bit painful as the app is not 100% stable, i had to go back and forth 2-3 times to get everything done. Anyway now it's really better than how it was a year ago or so, good job devs, it was a real mess and now it's usable and charging sessions are much more relaiable

No puedo elegir la tarifa a tu ritmo pro, me da continuamente error, por favor solucionen este problema ya que necesito hacer uso de la recarga. I cannot choose the rate at your pro rate, I continually get an error, please solve this problem since I need to make use of the recharge.
