This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ZOLL emsCharts for Android on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Now working on my tablet after update. But occasionally crashes. Still some bugs to work out. But overall like it.

*UPDATE* 10/24/20. I am very pleased with the new update. I have been able to open and use charts only if connected to the internet or only if I open charts with initial internet connection. I can only give it 3 stars because of this. It is imperative to be able to open charts offline with no initial internet connection as I work in a very rural community. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab s4. And thank you to the app team for reaching out to me and improving upon this app so that it can be used.

...... Updated 10/24/20 : The app will miss load and not crash right away. Once the issues are figured out with how to be able to scroll or not not have keyboard always show I think it will be a great app. Look forward to seeing future updates. Only issue is with smaller screens like cell phones for charting on the go. Went from 1 star to 3 star.

11/02-You CAN log on but that's about as far as I was about to go to access my reports. App opens but can't get the reports I'm working on despite trying everything I could think of. No settings section, no way to search for open reports by date. Did show a run from this morning that wasn't mine so that's a big HIPPA no-no.. Very disappointing, very frustrating. Work is going to a different software system soon so I'm not putting more effort into it than I already have.

Crashes constantly. Annoying to have to sign in over and over. Stuck using the web site and its so so slow.. I can barely use it when actually working.

It's been months and the app won't open. Has not been fixed. This is the clunkiest charting system and the app offers a bridge to chart when it works. Brand new galaxy s series phone.

KNOWN ISSUE:
When Past Medical History is entered on the application, it doesn't display when the chart is uploaded to the Web.
Workaround: Please enter all PMHx information after upload on Web for now. We are working on a fix for this issue in the next release.
