About this app

Welcome to the world of Emotional exploration. This is my study, which I have applied in my life, by studying the science and spiritual things.
The human life, in accordance to any aspect which includes money, business, relationship, communication, health, success, which are someone say journey towards outside. And, spiritual things like satisfaction, aim of life, etc. that is journey towards inside. Both the journeys to outside the self and inside the self is not complete without the understanding of our own emotions.


In our life, most of our decisions or actions are influenced by the past experiences we have. The only thing is that we cannot realize it. Only few persons, in the world have realize this concept which is directly connected to the Emotions.


WHY SO?

As all of us aware that, our most of the daily thoughts, emotions and actions are governed by our past experiences which are stored in Subcortical areas of Brain which have complex dense neuronal connections.( Subconscious Mind).


Experiences are nothing but the way of our reactions which include our way of thinking, way of Emotional handling, way of actions and lastly formation of our behavior to any particular situation.


If we have get habit of using same reactions to any particular situation, which is controlled by our subcortical areas of Brain (80%-90%)and use of only 10-20% of cortical areas of brain (conscious mind) then our life becomes monotonous. That may be the reason, most of we have all the things which fulfill our life, inspite of that we are not completely satisfied or experience feeling of loneliness.
