Reconnecting to wifi is such a chore. My wifi router is literally sitting the window above the unit and it keeps disconnecting throughout the day and it's not a problem with my wifi signal. I can't charge my car with it off line because of TOU schedule and I can't turn it off so the unit will recognize the change with out wifi.

Can't express how disappointed I am! Wifi was down so I can't charge my car due to TOU. Now wifi back, try to erase TOU but it does not allow. Update: customer service helped me. For some reason, I had two login, one as admin, one as guest. Using guest account of course can not edit TOU. No clear way of telling which account was on after automatically log in the app. I change one star to three. It's working but not great.

Needs better time of use customization. I want to have at least two windows, one during the day when my solar is producing and another late at night during off peak. Also more clear analytics/historical use information would be nice.

Buggy, this is absolutely useless to get the TOU data from the utility company. Why isn't there an option to send the connection data directly?

Works ok. Seems to start and stop when plugged in and shows when it's charging. I haven't had it crash yet (despite reviews). The charging history page is confusing and the table seems way off. It lacks 2021 odel cars and the schedulng is hard to find. Could be a lot better, but it does the trick for now. Juicepass is apparently a new beta app which has way more downloads. It should be WAY more clear it's beta. It barely works and is worse in everyway.

Cannot get it to stay on smart charging, just switches back to charge now all the time. Very annoying, I bought this charger for this feature, that never seems to work.
