Loaded money, started scooter, left phone at home, took scooter to lake, turned scooter off thinking time will stop, went rowing, on return scooter would not turn on again. Eventually got back to my phone, saw that I was charged over and above the amount I loaded initially [R30 only]. Now I 'owe' eMoby over R100 for a 5minute very unsuccessful trip [and I was forced to fetch the now dead scooter and take it all the way back to Pine Lake Marina reception]. Ridiculous!
