Es un servicio interesante pero lamentablemente la plataforma y la atención al cliente es muy deficiente. Piden datos de tarjeta crédito pero no los usan para los pagos, llaman a cobrar amenazando, incumplen sus propias normas y dicen que generan reportes negativos en data crédito sin vencer los periodos de pago. Se puede mejorar!

En pagos pendientes, no permite pagar. Se debe llamar y hacerlo por el navegador, luego de esto ya no se puede usar más el servicio porque se bloquea.

despues de validar la cuenta al ingresar no hay vehiculos en ningun sitio.

La idea me parece excelente y no tuve problemas con el registro. Sin embargo no he podido usar el servicio porque (1) me dan pereza los Twizy en una ciudad que nadie respeta los vehículos pequeños y en la que llueve tanto, y (2) cuando he intentado usarlos no aparecen vehículos disponibles. Sugiero amplíen la flota con Renault Zoé o los chinos que sirven como taxis acá en Bogotá.
