The app has no scanning abilities. One has to have pre-ordered goods with credit card information. Do not like this. You dont get credit driving thru or dining in and odering. Must use app and pre-pay.

I've been using app for about a year and today decided to stop. Very frustrating. Few weeks ago app couldn't see my location and I ordered from the wrong store. Support reimbursed the funds and today I decided to use the credit to order again. I couldn't find the credit on the app so I can use it to order. I paid to order and when I arrived to restaurant to pick up order, they said to wait 6 min, they have to cook it. I ordered 15 minutes ago, they said they only confirm when I get here. OMG.

Every time I've tried to place an order with this app it just will not work. It constantly says there was an error processing my payment even though my card info is correct and there's enough money on it. Tried with multiple cards to the same result

Offers are always the same...never anything new that stands out. I haven't ordered anything from the app and Burger King for 7-8 months because there's nothing changing in the app.

3$ For 2 small strips of bacon and they jacked up the coupon offers buy a couple of $$. Im now going to Wendys. Better prices and more delicious Ive found out!

Burger king has pulled their advertising from rumble. I am pulling burger kings app from my phone. Burger king does not support free speech and innocence until guilt is proven in court. Until and unless they change course, I will no longer be using this app or going to burger king. As for the app itself, it's mid tier. Does the job most of the time.
