Tried the BK app for the first time and already I see discrepancies in pricing. Ex... Offers for $8, are being charged at +$14. Support was responsive and gave me a credit to use back in an app that still charges you more than the offer, so it's useless to me. If given the option, I'd like the credit back on the card you excessively charged it on. Meanwhile, McDonald's app...NO ISSUES AT ALL.

Desperately needs more customization options. I like the convenience of mobile ordering & I like the special deals that are available. But I hate the fact that I can't customize my order like you can in the restaurant. Example one of the breakfast deals won't let me switch the drink to something other than coffee. And if I try to get a meal for two, I can't customize the sandwiches individually. Your competition allows me to customize fully, so I'm not sure why it's so hard for you to do so

Doesn't change the order location automatically, like McDonald's does, so it essentially tricks you into ordering from a false location, if you expect it to function like a modern app. It charges your card instantly, and they've lost "the ability to cancel or change orders" now, forcing me to go through the bank to get money back, for food I was never even close to. Go to McDonald's instead, if you have the option. They automatically set the order loc., and don't charge you until you let them.

Four stars, this is a pretty good app. I would go for five, but somehow they're not able to keep the app updated with the newest food choice options. For example, the store currently offers cheesy tots and a mushroom Swiss burger as well as some other melt style burgers. But none of these are available on the app. No seasonal items seem to appear on there. So if you want to order one and still get credit, you are not able to order it ahead. But other than that, it's a pretty great app.

I live in a household of 7 people. This app doesn't work for any of us. We've given up ever trying to use it. Every time we tried in the span of over a year it says error at checkout. I'm never able to checkout, or it goes through then immediately cancels my order. It's beyond frustrating. I love the food but most time I don't choose to go to Burger King because McDonald's app works great AND it gives me great deals. I don't have access to any deals at Burger King if the app doesn't work. Sad!

If you get a meal, your drink options are limited to a few selections. Where as if you order items individually, you can pick whatever drink you want. And I'm not talking specialty drinks either. Simple drinks like sweet tea and rootbeer don't show up... It makes no sense. That gets fixed, and I'd say it's definitely come a long way and is great. But that issue is huge for me, especially when ordering for a group, which is why my rating is so low.
