load up great but dont work with door bell spent almost 2hrs trying to make it work i call support we rest the unit but still dinnt work plz fix app

some features of the app aren't working, for example when i install a sd card it doesn't detect it, so i can't motion detect any activity outside, and when i try to watch a saved video in the app, the app crashes.

This doorbell is a piece of garbage. The tech support is just as bad. They do not even bother trying too walk you through the setup. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EMERSON VIDEO DOORBELL TOO ANYONE. Spend money on anything but this piece of garbage.
