Power Circles are facilitated groups of 6-7 women dedicated to growing their capacity for leadership, consciousness, and authenticity. The unique EW Power Circle practices, content and facilitated process guide participants in holding vision, witnessing and reflecting.

This is a six-month deep dive with monthly transformational themes. Our facilitated and proprietary peer mentoring process fosters an atmosphere of authenticity and vulnerability that catalyzes real change. The curriculum includes monthly practices and content, and guided connections with check-in partners between meetings.
