Very poor and bad application, can't register my membership, can't get a help from the customer service by anyway!!! What a disaster app.

I can't register my account, i contacted ALL types of customer service MANY TIMES (Call center, application Support, then sent an email) all had an attached screenshot with the error and waited for more than a week, and still, same problem persistes, no one cares to fix it.

Application keeps crashing all the time in many different screens (e.g. Try to add a family member to follow the sports he/she does, and once you select the branch, app will crash). If you have a tech team, plz ask them to configure some alerts to monitor the app crash.

It is very bad, even one star is too much for it, am trying to add my son to deglawyfamily more than 3 month, there is no response me and son phoned CS many times without any minor chage, we visited membership office in October1 and October2, and we update our information as they request bu the problem still exist. Nobody care or at least escalate the situation to the person who involved with app. errors
