Phát chuyến nên dựa trên đường đi ngắn nhất thực tế giữa lái xe và khách. Không nên dựa trên đường chim bay vì nhiều lúc đường chim bay thì gần nhưng đường đi đón khách thực tế rất xa. Trường hợp của mình là xa gấp 3 lần đường chim bay.
