Just switched from another company using Total Connect 2 as the app. This app works so much better for my family vs. Total Connect! Connects instantly, and very responsive. I can watch the sensors open and close on my phone instantaneously. I do not have other devices like cameras, etc., only the basics: Fire, doors, motion, but very pleased.

App was working fine until the last update. Aftee updating, app opens to CAMERAS (I don't hv any), IF it opens at all. I've had to go back inside to arm/disarm my home when I usually do it from my car. Please UNfix what you've "fixed"

The worst. Sometimes videos takes hours.to upload. The recording time is not enough to see what is going on when it activates. When you talk on the camera the other person can't hear you.

Worst app ever. Never works and always disconnects from the network, causing to reboot phone constantly. Needs a fix ASAP. What good is having a security system that can't access when away!
