The food is good but you keep on increasing the prices every other update. Also delivery times are bad. The reason you got famous was good food with competitive prices which is not the case anymore.

The chicken tastes fantastic. But the service is kachara! If I could give a negative score, I would! We ordered at 10:50, after a lot of follow up, the food finally arrived 12:23AM. Thinks to consider, our place is about 5blocks away from chicket, there was no traffic as it is already late. Nobody answers their call center. So if you don't mind waiting for more than 1 hour, then go ahead. Otherwise, better order from somewhere else or drive to Thier restaurant.

Very poor service. Very disappointing and rude manager. Called twice customer service but wasn't really able to help with the order. Asked for manager number (Manama branch), I asked where is my food since it's been an hour and 30 mins already but still it didn't arrive. He gave too many excuses and even dropped the phone on me. They don't how to handle the situation and customer complaints which is why I will never recommend this to anyone at all because of what they did to me.

worst experience with this service. I was trying to place an order on the App and I got a message that the minimum order is 2 BD. Then I added something up to 2 BD, again got the error. So I contacted them on whatsapp because I had a contact number, they said it should be 2 BD without VAT. So I had to buy extra item that I dont need and finally I had to waste it. Few days later when I tried to order the same, they have set the Minimum order to 3 BD. What Im supposed to do with that excess food ?

- The slowest delivery in Bahrain. Unless you want to wait for an hour and a half, you can give it a go. - Cheap app UI, looks like an app from 2012. - Their food is delicious, but I wish the invest in their app and delivery rather than their endless useless ads from known influencers.

Ridiculous pricing strategy, the due amount keep increasing. Meals are shown without VAT, choosing delivery does not show delivery amount until payment
