Chakras are energy centers present in our body and there are 7 main chakras as given below:

1. Root Chakra (Muladhara): Located at the base of the spine, this is the place where Kundalini (life force) resides. Having a balanced root chakra will make you feel grounded, and safe.

2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana): Located just below the navel. Having a balanced sacral chakra will make you feel creative and accepting.

3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura): Located near the stomach. Having a balanced solar plexus chakra will help you boost your self-confidence, self esteem, self worth, self image, and self value.

4. Heart Chakra (Anahata): Located at the center of the chest. Having a balanced heart chakra will help you form emotional connections with others, positive non-verbal communication and gain inner understanding and peace.

5. Throat Chakra (Visshuddha): Located at the throat. Having a balanced throat chakra will help you to communicate effectively with others and express yourself in a positive way.

6. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna): Located just above the junction of your eyebrows. Having a balenced third eye chakra will help you understand life situations and perceive meaning.

7. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara): Located on the top of the head. Having a balanced crown chakra leads to a sense of peace, well-being, and finally true enlightenment.

There are 7 main chakras that are considered the "energy centers" in our body which energy flows through. Chakras are often described as spiritual healing tools and some go even further to say that they are a way to reflect how our unified consciousness of humanity is divided to manage assorted facets of earthly life.
