Do not download this app unless you have a credit or debit card that uses Euros. You cannot pay for parking until you load at least 10 Euros into your "wallet." I used my US credit card which defaulted to $10 (USD). But, it wouldn't let me pay with those funds because they weren't Euros...support never wrote me back, and I had to email them multiple times to get my $10 back since I couldn't use the app. It took a WEEK and contacting the developer directly to get my money back. Do not recommend.

I have tried 4 cards and none can be added to my wallet. I've checked with my credit card companies and they say my card is authorized for use but the app says no. There is no phone number for support and their email support does not respond. I know many others have the same issue. I am going to visit the muni to encourage them to pick another app. This app is useless!

Be aware that a minimum of 5 euros is required to top up your wallets account, no matter how long you plan on using the app. If want to avoid this bring some cash with you and pay at the parking stands - but be aware that these machines will conviniently be out of service and won't return any change.

Adding the credit card to this app is impossible. App returns error that card was declined. While my bank says it was successfully authorized to use with the elparking app. I have tried several different cards. Same error. No FAQ addressing posible solutions for this error.

Requires you to fund a "wallet" instead of just directly charging the required sum from the card. Basically a scam as your 1.70€ parking will suddenly be 5€. Even if you use it more than once, you're likely never going to fully match your deposited amount. Edit: I have now emailed to get remaining wallet funds returned; will update. Also, the response that it's "more convenient" with a wallet for frequent users is like from an upside down world! Obviously more convenient to just charge my card!

SCAM, DO NOT USE! Pre-booked and paid for parking via this app, got there and no one was around to validate my ticket on a Sunday. Had to pay again to leave the parking lot effectively paid double. Raised it with customer support, got told that no refund will be issued as invoice for the payment for whatever reason had details of another parking lot in the same city (perhaps the same owner).
