Would be nicer if it was formatted a little better. Maybe bold some stuff and add spacing. It would also be nice If it showed only the section you selected instead of jumping to it. Or atleast have the option to turn said feature on/off.

Works mostly but some typos where lines get scrambled, e.g., around XII.B. Also, the third- and fourth-level numbering is off. Those levels should be numerals and lowercase letters, respectively.

It would be very helpful to be able to choose the font size, the text is rather small. It would also be very helpful if you could include the rule clarification bullets like the online version has. (The little blue circles with an i in the middle.) The Ultimate Rules FAQs would be nice to have on hand too.

The text is full of sentence fragments.
