I was quick to criticise the product because I had forgotten a password my fault so I emailed customer support who replied and within 30 minutes I was back up and running the product is working fine with superb HD cant fault it have logged on from different locations it works great. 5star product.

Please help. I have successfully recorded from the elisa live app in the past (6 months or so ago) but I have just tried recording today and although the picture is perfect, the sound is distorted massively - it sounds in slow motion and muffled and cannot decipher any words at all. Is this due to an update breaking the app in the past 6 months or so or is this due to an error on my indoor elisa live camera? Also, it seems to only record 2 or 3 minutes and then the screen goes solid grey but playback without recording is fine.
