The app is very basic. There are not much details around prices etc. When you click book it asks for details. It appears the builder would contact buyers and share pricing details and everything would run offline. Prices are same or more as builders offer on other portals. How would this help builders in pushing sales and buyers is getting best price? Not making any sense at all.

for builders by builders.this app & credai is surely made for benefit of builder lobby. not a single affordable home for lower middle class in city like thane. 1 R.K. or 1 BHK is history now. 75 lacs-1 cr. is a mirage for lower middle class. lower middle class has only one option left now , perish or go to far flung places like palghar, dahanu or karjat-khopoli.
