To be honest not a bad idea but needs more features to make it more convenient to change the mentality of the patients, and the UI is based on the Uber UI so maybe it will need some changes to make it feel unique. Finally the logo isn't a professional one, maybe you need a good designer to redo your logo and UI/UX.
