Its been over one year sincd I bought the service, and originally I wanted to get the service and try it out. So far I am disappointed with the device and the way it miss reads my vehicle location. As of right now it's more of a paper weight. And looking for a better solution.

This app is a borderline scam being pushed by dealerships as a cash grab. There are so many better options out there that aren't an insane price. My dealership wanted to charge me 1000 for this app and after saying no 3 times, they ended up reducing the price of my car by 1000 and still including this just so they could get whatever perk / kickback they get by slinging this garbage. Don't get ripped off with this one, folks.

Is a total waste of money scam run by 3 guys rude not professional it never works always behind never live on the app shows you where the vehicle was 4 hours ago

Logs trips that I don't make. My car is parked but it shows on the log it just did a trip; pretty much impossible as my car is physically parked and I can see it. I am bound to think TheftPatrol is using the same ID for multiple customers as the reason I'm receiving a movement log or trips on the log that my car did not make.

Love, love, love!!! Recently I had engine trouble and I could show the mechanic exactly what happened - voltage wise - simply opening this App!!! Loved that I had the visual to explain for me what was happening. PLUS when I left the car with him.. for one, then two, then three days, I could see EXACTLY where he drove it without telling me!!! lol. Works brilliantly. Gives me great peace of mind and security. As soon as my daughter is old enough to drive (next year) she's getting one too!!!!

This app and the device work flawlessly for the 3 vehicles that I have it installed. Their customer service is excellent. Once of my device was not working and I just sent an email. Not only they respond within an hour, they also fix the issue. I am very happy about this app, their device and their service. You will not regret installing TheftPatrol when you buy a vehicle. Nothing can go wrong with a company there to help you and support.
