Simply bad ! - Non trust worthy experience As : I Ordered for 77 Aed .. Got billed 10 aed extra.. price difference of almost 15%.. - Unreliable service As : Why did not informed about price difference before dispatching the order .. - Non customer centric platform As : We can order these from nearest grocery stores if wanna pay a bit extra .. what's the use of the app with price mentioned on it if you gonna charge extra ? Feedback - get better platform to update live price changes.

One of the essential apps! Good user interface and the service is great. I'm happy to use this unique service, specially for the lack of services in my region. I had an issue with the packaging and after one year I tried to order again and it seem they have improved. Please take a good care of the items packaging

Your shop representative should be trained properly as whenever an item is missing he says sorry and wont do it again though I'm talking about the same representative. Some of products after purchasing your representative saying the price now is different and would be more in cost. For me after using it so many times and get calls that the prices will be changed still its showing the old incorrect prices, ther are so many mistakes in your system which need to be improved

Placed my first order on this app and it was confirmed. Later, received a call from them informing me that prices have changed hence cancelled the order. Contacted their customer care on Chat who never responded 🙄 It was a waste of time. Now will uninstall and advise you all to not waste your time here.
