SIM is fine. App is awful. You used to be able to set locations which was useful but no more. Currency converter no longer works. customer service say the "tech guys are looking into it". Yeah sure!! They seem to have abandoned this app which they probably no longer rate as important to the company. That's a real shame. Come on you guys... GET IT SORTED!!!

I bought one of their sim cards in Australia brought it to Europe and activated it online and put $50 on it, little did i know that it wouldn't work for the entire 2 weeks that I'm in Europe, travelled to the UK downloaded this app and I wouldn't call this "The ultimate travel companion", maybe the ultimate waste of space. This sim is still unable to make calls or use any data. I downloaded this app on my hotels wifi. the app did not help at all with my sims problem.

i gave 3 stars bc this app worked well on my samsung. On my new phone Nokia, it will show balance & acct history but I cannot get it to set locations. So it is useless for currency conversion or time/weather that were handy to know when travelling. The actual sim has always worked well for me, tho expensive to use in some countries.

Do not use this app or its corresponding sim card. The international phone number it gives you may/ will most likely never work. the data plans for these sims, from my personal experience and friends experiences, drains whether you like it or not. best choice is get to the country you are going to, and buy one there. especially those on Contiki or paid tour groups.

I just downloaded it and opened it. even though I am activated , I cannot enter the left and right locations. the SIM card business works fine as I can make calls. but I just don't have the Bells and whistles that they claim I should have with this wonderful software.

As people noted, for whatever reason, the app "set location" feature stop functioning with no sign of a resolution. The other features work, making me wonder if the simplest solution would be for the company to disable a now useless dashboard ...SIM works fine.
