Whenever a new GT comes ,it shows locked for the plan, and everytime i need to contact support for unlocking, its been 10-15 times now. If i have purchased the plan the tests should open on its own, why is it coming locked everytime by calling the support support which in itself takes many days. Kindly rectify this issue. I have purchased mega power course and new GTs are always locked.

The worst app one can use , the technical team , needs to wake up, lot many glitches , and the worst part is gt, need to start a new app , lot many glitches and unresponsive tech team and management, it shows test completed on Jan 1,2000 ,I was hardly of 1 yr age ,ten , I don't know how was I able to give gt and do MCQ from this app , and won't even show the answers and the result of the gt , and even worser part is , it's not just one time issue , for every gt, it's becoming the same everytime

The solutions for mcq as table are horrible. Plz try n consize tables in 1 page. The scroller bar never works to see whole solution. Hv used app for 3 yrs. This last update is trash. 😔 The colour! The interface! The solution presentation.! I am highly disappointed. Plz fix this.

Poor app experience...when I pause the video to draw diagrams, the play button gets frozen on the screen and I am unable to remove it when I tap on the screen.I have to play again and again to draw the diagrams... please resolve this issues

Good content and exams.Not only the app but overall a really good experience.The support team is really good and responds to the queries with patience and answers all of them.Takes care of every student individually.Thankyou so much.

Good content. Horrible user interface. Downloaded videos never get played, always says there's some error. I don't know why their UI is so bad. Whereas their competitors have excellent,smooth, world class UI. UI needs a lot of work Edit: I'm increasing the rating to 4 star as the new update (4.0) made the app 10 times better including the UI. Thanks to dbmci for that
