Honteux, j'ai payé un abonnement inutilisable J'ai appelé le service client et m'ont expliqué que l'application ne fonctionne pas comme si c'était normal. J'ai demandé un remboursement mais il faut entamer des procédures plus poussés avec échange de courriers physiques. Bref j'ai eu 2 incidents en 1 journée Je vous deconseille vivement de l'utiliser..

Comme le reste des applis TBM ça ne marche pas !! La borne ne reconnaît pas l'abonnement via NFC et l'appli ne montre que 6 chiffre sur les 9 demandés par la borne pour le numéro client...
