This app doesn't work to set up my eero. Thankfully I could use my work's iPhone to set up. The iPhone app asks for the serial number which made the setup 100% easier without delay. Why doesn't the Android app do this? Spent an hour on the Android app, including restarting my modem and eero several times. Only took a few minutes to get it up and running with the iPhone version of this app. Now that I have it set up, I can view everything on the iPhone, Android app still tries first time setup.

Downloaded the app on my Pixel 3 phone. Started the setup, and the app locked up after I entered a Wi-Fi name and password. I left the app running for over 1/2 hour, and nothing happened. I uninstalled it and I'm going to try it one more time today. If it doesn't work I will be returning it. Very disappointing/disappointed. BTW... didn't work. Fix your app for androids! This is unexcusable in 2021 for a tech company to not have their setup app work!

As mentioned by other reviewers, I did not animations on my phone and struggled to get it work. Its just by luck I found the review which sorted it. If you cannot fix it atleast add it to the trouble shooting steps. It's appalling that a company owned by Amazon is so careless in testing their software.

Bugs and missing features. It's clear Android is an afterthought because IOS is more polished. Backhaul shows wireless, doesn't show eth link speed, wrong device shown as gateway, all devices show on one device, others always show zero. The hardware is awesome and no question, best as bridge. But pity the Android app needs more work.

Eero thinks my kids are stupid. Great I can set profiles to keep my kids from surfing at 2am BUT they avoid by simply connecting to the guest network. Of course the kids have the guest network password since you don't want all their friends on the home network. ALSO why can't I just assign a device to a profile from anywhere? Looking at activity logs and see a device using a lot of bandwidth? Want to see/edit properties? Nope - have to go back to top, remember the name and drill down to find

Honestly I don't know if it's the app or the hardware but it's not great. The app doesn't even alert me when the internet is down or if there is an issue.
