Google not putting a simple LED notification light on the Pixel 3 was stupid and not user friendly. That said, while this app is a bit more obvious than an LED, its a great alternative. Works great on Pixel 3, easy to install. Lots of customization, from colors to edge width as well as duration and repeat frequency. No ads, but still, well worth the minimal cost to upgrade and get the extra features.

I went from using a Galaxy S5 with notification light to a Umidigi A5 Pro that did not have that feature. I am So thankful for these developers at True Edge for creating this app. I love how it lights up the corners of the screem to notify me of missed calls, texts etc. There are more handy features you can try for 5 minutes if you watch an ad. The price to unlock the full features of this app costs just $1.50 how could anyone complain with that?? It is so worth it!

Saw another comment about battery drain. Dont use if you have a trash phone. All the effects, look, and shape of the boarder is adjustable to fit exactly the device you have. It has very little drain to my battery, if any at all. I made the colors match the aurora color of my huawei p30 and its actually pretty great. I dont know what youre doing with my data, but i dont really care. Round Colors edge app

I am loving it, this is the only one that works with my pixel 2xl and 3xl! I paid for premium just to support you. Also I love the verses and quotes in the app! Well done! And anyone having issues, read the directions and grant the right permissions! This is the ONLY version of ANY edge notification app that WORKS, the rest didnt work from my testing! I love it, but can you add in a setting backup/restore so I can use across devices? TiB works too but Id prefer app backup native within the app. Here is a little trick to get it always working, but without the persistent notification: Its a simple trick, but you need to exclude battery optimization for this app, then enable/disable notification (foreground) within the system/apps, and set the app to persistent notification (within the app itself), once you do the battery and persistent notification, all you have to do after a reboot, is toggle foreground notification on/off and its flawless. It works every single time, and never fails, but without the persistent notification annoying me! The other trick I have learned over time is that its best not to unlock when the edges light up from the app itself, instead, hit the power button (

For an Edge lighting app upon notifications it has a great abundance of features. It gives you plenty of options to customize the way it will appear & it even has options to mitigate any issues that may result if you have an in screen fingerprint reader or if the edge lighting starts when your only trying to play music & so much more. The edge lighting can appear very bright & solid so youll have a better chance of being notified for all your calls & txts etc.
