App constantly crashes, GPS signal is not found, FAQ don't properly load, support telephone number is too hidden- especially considering you need the support so often as there is regular a problem with the scooters & app. It's laughable that this want to be a serious operator with this kind of faulty offering.

Die App stürzt ab und der FAQ Bereich funktioniert nicht. Mieten werden zu spät angezeigt. Roller werden angezeigt wo keine sind. Mir werden Freiminuten angezeigt obwohl diese seit Monaten verfallen oder aufgebraucht wurden. Leider besteht bei der App in der jetzigen Version dringender Bedarf für Fehlerbehebung und Verbesserung.

Gute Idee, aber das Nutzungsgebiet ist deutlich zu begrenzt: ich wohne am
Stadtrand (noch innerhalb der Stadt), müsste mit Auto, Bahn oder Rad zum
Scooter fahren... also bleibt es beim Benzin Scooter. Fahre damit 3000km
pro Jahr innerstädtisch. Schade. e-Scooter wäre eine gute Alternative
gewesen.
